Hair Removal Spray

Getting rid of unwanted hair is a seemingly never-ending process for many of us. Temporary solutions to the problem include shaving, depilatory creams and waxing. While these products have been around for ages many of us want a permanent solution to unwanted hair. When I discovered that there was a hair removal spray that offered permanent results I had to investigate.

When I think of hair removal spray products I immediate think of items like Epil Stop that offer up to six weeks of hair-free skin. I considered going to a laser hair removal clinic but I wasn’t sure if I could handle the sticker shock. One hair removal spray stood out from the rest as a relatively inexpensive alternative to laser treatments.

Ultra Hair Away promises to permanently get rid of unwanted body hair. Just like laser hair removing processes the hair removal spray does take more than one application to completely remove the hair. However, if you stick to the program you can reap the benefits of never having to shave or use other products in the affected area again.

The hair removal spray works in a gradual process. At first, the product reduces the thickness of the growth on the skin. The hair removal spray slows down the hair growth gradually until the area is completely clear from any growth, permanently.

Of course, I had to try this unbelievable product. The cost of the hair removal spray is minimal compared to repeated laser hair removing sessions so I figured that I would give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised with the results especially considering the reasonable price of the product.

It did take awhile to achieve my goal of having completely removed unwanted but I can attest that the hair removal spray did significantly lessen the hair growth on the very first application. With regular use I eventually achieved my goal.

There is one drawback. You have to be committed to using the hair removal spray at least once each day in order to see ultimate results. Also, the whole process takes about four months of daily use to achieve total cessation of unwanted growth. I personally found no trouble using the hair removal spray on a daily basis. It was far more convenient than going to several laser sessions and it was far less expensive.

I love the idea of never having to shave or use smelly creams again. I dedicated three months to the hair removal spray and achieved the results that I wanted.

Hair Removal Cream

Hair Removal Cream

If you have hair in places on your body where you don’t want it to be, you may be suffering through the different options you have to get rid of it. It is embarrassing to admit you have hair where you don’t want it, but you should know that many women fight with this on a daily basis and you most certainly are not alone. Though you may not realize it, some of the beautiful women you see walking down the street probably have the same issues you do, they just know what to do to get rid of it. One of the best options I have found that works for me is hair removal cream.

Though you have to get used to having it on your skin, hair removal cream is rather easy to use. If you leave it on too long you may end up with red skin, but if you don’t leave it on long enough, you won’t get the results you are hoping for. You should always replace your hair removal cream every three months so that you are sure you have a product that works well. If they get too old they become ineffective and you won’t have any luck when using them.

Most hair removal cream will have to be on your face for less than ten minutes. You can also use it on your legs, but never use it on a private area. It will damage your skin and might make you sick. Keep it away from bikini area and eyes. If you leave hair removal cream on your skin much longer than the time recommended on the bottle or the box, you are going to end up with damaged skin. It is gentle as long as you only use it as directed. Your skin might be red and a little tender when you are done, but that will go away quickly if you take care of it.

I always find that if I wet a cloth with cold water and hold it on my skin after I have used a hair removal cream that it feels a lot better a lot faster. I have a few thick hairs that I have to deal with, and it takes a little longer for the hair removal cream to work when I use it. I use the cold cloth by holding it gently against my face after the treatment, and that seems to take the sting out of what I have just done. It may not be perfect, but it is far better than walking around worried about the hairs that may pop up on my chin.

Type of Hair Removal

Whether it's shaving, tweezing or waxing, the majority of us are constantly fighting the battle to remove unwanted hair. There are so many different types of hair removal products/methods on the market today that it is nearly impossible to choose one.

Before we get into the types of hair removal, let's find out about the types of hair we have. There are two types of hair, terminal and vellus. Terminal hair is dark, coarse and long. This type of hair is the hair we grow on our heads. It is also on the pubic region and armpits. Men also have this type of hair on their face, chest, legs and back. Terminal hair protects and cushions the skin.

Vellus hair is fine, soft and short. Many women have vellus hair on their face, back and chest. Vellus hair provides insulation and helps the body maintain a steady temperature.

Now that we've learned about the two different types of hair, let's explore the different types of hair removal. There are several different methods of hair removal, each with different degrees of effectiveness and ease of use. The different methods of hair removal are: shaving, tweezing, depilatory cream, waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal.

Shaving is one of the most common forms of hair removal. It's easy to do and not very time-consuming. The results usually lasts between 1-3 days. Some of the draw-backs are: cuts, razor burn and bumps.

For longer lasting results, some people turn to tweezing. The results can last from 3-8 weeks. Some of the disadvantages of tweezing are that it is time-consuming , you can develop ingrown hairs and it can be painful. The areas generally tweezed are the upper lip, eyebrows and chin.

Depilatory creams remove hair from the skin's surface by breaking down the bonds that give the hair it's strength. This disintegrates the hair so that it can be rinsed or wiped away. The results can last for several days or up to 2 weeks. Depilatory creams are simple to use, however, some people may have a reaction to the chemicals in the cream. This could result in a rash or inflammation.

Like tweezing, waxing can produce some long lasting results, from 3-6 weeks. Warm or cold wax is spread on the skin over the unwanted hair. Then a cloth strip is placed on top of the wax and pulled off quickly, thus removing the unwanted hair. This can be a very painful process and can leave your skin red and inflamed. Hair must be about 1/4 of an inch thick to get the best results.

With electrolysis, a needle is inserted into the hair follicle and an electric current is sent to the root of the hair. This current kills the hair root. Results from electrolysis can be permanent, if done correctly by a professional. Some of the disadvantages are that it is very time-consuming and can be painful.

Laser hair removal is another long lasting method of hair removal. The results can last up to 6 months. A laser is aimed through the skin to the hair follicle where it stops hair growth. Large areas can be done at one time. Laser hair removal can be expensive and like other hair removal methods, can cause redness and inflammation.

With the affordability of laser hair removal costs you can tackle the problem once and for all.

Although you’ll certainly want take into account where you’ll enjoy the lowest laser hair removal costs, price shouldn’t be the only consideration. Make sure that the person performing the procedure is experienced and that the environment is clean.
